About Helping Hands Training Program for CENA’s LLC
Helping Hands Training Program was Founded by Melanie J Kaigler a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan. This program was designed to create a diverse training atmosphere with highly trained professional staff that are committed to assisting inspired students to achieve their career goals.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program
The role of the Certified Nursing Assistant is vital to the healthcare team. These individuals assist Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to provide patient-centered quality care. Nursing Assistants can assist with patient care for patients of all ages.
In as little as four weeks, you could be pursuing a rewarding career path as a certified nursing assistant, providing hands-on skilled training in a lab and clinical experience in a long-term care facility. That allows students to provide care to private residences.
· You will learn the vital skills required to assist residents with nutrition, personal hygiene, household duties and other related tasks.
· You will gain a thorough understanding of patient care skills, medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, patient abuse prevention and patient advocacy while strengthening your communication and record-keeping skills.
· Through classroom instruction, hands-on lab training and clinical experience, you will earn a Certificate of Completion from a State of Michigan approved 75.5-hour training program. Nursing Assistant will then become a candidate to complete the Nurse Aide Training Exam through Prometric and become a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) in the State of Michigan.
